David brings over 12 years of real estate experience to Elevate, specializing in property acquisitions and renovations. His expertise in the real estate market has helped other investors strategically grow their portfolios.
Brandon, Co-owner
Since leaving the Engineering field 4 years ago to become a local investor and agent, he has quietly purchased well over 150 properties and built a respectable portfolio across North Alabama that continues to grow. He wanted to build Elevate to bring the kind of responsive, investor focused service he wanted for his own properties.
